Here Is Where Recruiting Experts Think 5-Star QB Justin Fields Will Go

Justin Fields made huge recruiting news earlier tonight, decommitting from Penn State after over seven months as a member of the Nittany Lions' class. Now, an SEC program is the favorite to land him.

Before 247Sports had updated its page for Fields, just seconds after his decommitment, many were already skeptical that he would wind up with James Franklin's club. PSU held 44-percent of the predictions in the site's crystal ball. Florida was in second at 33-percent.

247's experts have flooded to update their predictions, and now the Gators are the favorite for Fields' services. 53-percent of the 15 voters think Fields will wind up at Florida, with Penn State checking in at 20-percent, and Auburn, Florida State and Georgia at 7-percent each.

Five voters made the predictions for Florida tonight, with one picking Georgia and one taking Auburn.

Basically, if there's a big-time program out there, odds are it has offered Fields.

Where he ends up, we'll have to wait to find out. It does not appear that Fields released any sort of top schools list before committing to Penn State in December.
