One of the top graduate transfers on the college football market is officially off the board. He's Pac-12 bound.

Justin Murphy, a former starter on the offensive line for Texas Tech, announced his decision this afternoon. He's committed to Chip Kelly at UCLA.

"Looks like I'm headed to LA! Go Bruins!" he tweeted.

The full announcement can be seen below:

Murphy isn't the only top graduate transfer headed to UCLA. The Bruins also landed a commitment earlier this month from former Michigan quarterback Wilton Speight. Speight spent some time with Murphy during his visit on campus.

Murphy will be immediately eligible for the Bruins in 2018. He'll likely be a starter on the offensive line.

ESPN's Football Power Index isn't very high on UCLA in 2018, though. It's projecting a 5-7 season for the Bruins.
