Kirk Herbstreit: Bryce Love Impressed Me The Most Saturday

Kirk Herbstreit On College Football's Most "Intimidating" Stadium

Stanford's running back is one of the most-exciting players in football.

The best player in college football you probably haven't seen much of (or maybe just the best player in general) is Stanford running back Bryce Love.

The junior who replaced Christian McCaffrey in the backfield for the Cardinal has racked up some insane statistics through five games.

Love has totaled 1,088 yards and eight touchdowns on just 98 carries, averaging more than 10 yards a rush, which is just ridiculous.

On Saturday, he broke McCaffrey's single-game rushing record, racking up 301 rushing yards and 3 touchdowns against Arizona State.

That performance was good enough for Kirk Herbstreit to name it the most-impressive showing of the weekend.

Love and Stanford are set to take on Utah this Saturday. The game is set to kick off at 10:15 p.m. E.T.
