The ESPN college football analyst isn't happy.
Lavar Ball got some serious face time on ESPN today.
The most famous father in basketball (for those somehow unaware, UCLA star Lonzo Ball is his son) appeared on ESPN's First Take, debating Stephen A. Smith and Max Kellerman about all the ridiculous things he's said.
It pretty much went like this:
Several ESPN employees have been critical of the network for giving Ball a big platform. It's entertaining TV, but it's also exactly what Mr. Ball wants - more publicity for him and his family.
ESPN college football analyst Kirk Herbstreit was especially critical.
Like him or not, we're probably not going to stop hearing from Lavar Ball anytime soon.
