Lamar Jackson Wins Maxwell Award As College Football's Player Of The Year

ESPN announced the Maxwell Award for College Player of the Year.

Louisville quarterback Lamar Jackson keeps winning awards. The dynamic sophomore put together a stellar 2016 campaign, dominating opponents through the air, and on the ground.

Jackson already won the honor of ACC Player of the Year and added the Walter Camp Award (Player of the Year) to his list of achievements earlier tonight. So just how good was Jackson this year? Well, he became the first player in FBS history to throw for at least 3,300 yards and rush for 1,500 yards.

Now Jackson can add yet another award to his collection.

Congratulations to Lamar Jackson on his incredible season!
