Los Angeles Rams Complete Crazy Trade With Tennessee Titans For No. 1 Pick

NFL Draft.

In 2012, the then-St. Louis Rams traded the No. 2 overall pick to Washington for a bounty of draft picks. Dan Snyder's club picked Robert Griffin III, who had an excellent rookie year before having his career derailed by injuries. He is now a Cleveland Brown, while the Rams used the picks to add a number of useful players.

One would think that the Rams would know first hand the risks associated with giving away an absurd amount of picks for one high slot in the draft. Evidently, they do not.

The team is reportedly targeting North Dakota State quarterback Carson Wentz.

The Rams need a franchise quarterback, and they are not the only team high on Wentz. The franchise would also like to make a splash as it enters its first year in L.A. Still...the chances that this turns into a catastrophic trade seem very high.
