LSU Lands Commitment From Texas Tech Transfer Breiden Fehoko

The Tigers have landed a huge transfer.

Breiden Fehoko, one of the top transfers available in college football, has committed to LSU.

The two-time starter on the defensive line for Texas Tech announced on Twitter that he's committing to the Tigers.

Fehoko thanked Texas Tech and said he's looking forward to his time in Baton Rouge, La.

He had interest from several Power 5 programs.

The 6-foot-3, 295-pound defensive tackle picked LSU over Auburn, Georgia and Louisville.

Fehoko, a Hawaii native, was a top 50 recruit coming out of high school. He totaled 38 tackles with 7.5 tackles for loss and two sacks during his time with the Red Raiders.

He'll be a potential All-SEC player for the Tigers. NCAA transfer rules say he has to sit out the 2017 season and will be eligible in 2018.
