LSU vs. Arkansas preview:
LSU has three losses on the season. All three losses are to teams that are in the Top-10 in the College Football Playoff (Alabama, Wisconsin, and Auburn). Apart from those three losses, the Tigers have been a solid program this year, especially after the firing of Les Miles. Interim head coach Ed Orgeron has the Tigers rolling, despite a 10-0 loss last weekend against the No. 1 team in the country.
Arkansas also has three losses on the season. And, same as LSU, all three losses are to teams that are in the Top-10 of the college football playoff. Many wrote off the Razorbacks after their embarrassing 56-3 loss at the hands of Auburn two weeks ago. Arkansas rebounded last week with a solid 31-10 win over No. 11 Florida to become bowl eligible with three more games to play.
The Tigers and Razorbacks have played 51 times in history, with the Tigers holding a 37-22-2 advantage.
LSU vs. Arkansas prediction:
This one will be close. Although LSU is a fairly heavy favorite in this game, Arkansas is no team to sleep on. The Razorbacks are better offensively than the Tigers, but LSU's defense is by far better than Arkansas'.
Arkansas will win a close game, but not before Leonard Fournette runs wild.
