Malik Hornsby, the No. 5 dual-threat quarterback in the country, officially announced his college football decision this evening.
The four-star quarterback recruit out of Missouri City, Texas has committed to North Carolina.
Hornsby chose North Carolina over Alabama, Florida State, Houston, Oregon and Texas A&M, among other programs.
The elite recruit announced his decision on Twitter.

Hornsby is a 6-foot-2, 175-pound prospect out of Fort Bend Marshall High School. He’s ranked the No. 136 overall recruit in the 2020 class per 247Sports’ Composite Rankings.
North Carolina’s 2020 class is ranked the No. 10 class in the country.
