Last week a college football quarterback was in hot water for a lewd video posted to his Snapchat account. Miami's N'Kosi Perry allegedly posted a video to his Snapchat story depicting two people having sex.

Although the video was from September, it started circulating around the Miami community in late November and threatened to lead to Perry's benching.

Miami is set to take on Wisconsin in the New Era Pinstripe Bowl on Thursday. With the drama surrounding N'Kosi Perry, Hurricanes head coach Mark Richt is turning to fifth-year senior Malik Rosier to be the team's starting quarterback on Thursday.

He announced the news on Wednesday afternoon.

Rosier and Perry battled for the starting role throughout much of the season, though it looked like Perry took a solid hold on the job late in the season.

Now he'll ride the pine as Rosier gets the start against the Badgers.

Miami and Wisconsin kick off on Thursday at 5:15 p.m. ET on ESPN.
