Mark Stoops Reportedly Went Off On The Refs At Halftime

The TaxSlayer Bowl's referees reportedly got an earful from Mark Stoops at halftime.

Kentucky head coach Mark Stoops reportedly kicked a door, knocked over a Gatorade jug and verbally blasted the referees at halftime of his team's bowl game against Georgia Tech.

The Wildcats trailed the Yellow Jackets, 20-3, after two quarters. For much of the first half, Stoops was angry with the referees, as they - in his mind - missed some chop blocks, causing one of his players to get hurt. He also got in a shouting match with GT head coach Paul Johnson.
