One of the top quarterback recruits in the 2019 class is off the board. Max Duggan, a four-star dual-threat quarterback, has announced his commitment.
Duggan, a 6-foot-2, 190-pound prospect out of Iowa, announced on Twitter that he's headed to the Big 12. He's committed to TCU.
The No. 7 dual-threat quarterback in the '19 class committed to the Horned Frogs over Nebraska, Notre Dame, Georgia, Iowa, Ohio State, Oregon, Penn State, Tennessee and Wisconsin, among other programs.
Duggan announced his commitment on Twitter.
Duggan is considered to be one of the top quarterback recruits in the 2019 class. He's the No. 299 prospect in the class, per 247Sports' Composite Rankings.
The 6-foot-2 quarterback is the No. 3 overall recruit in the state of Iowa. He was a top target for programs like Nebraska and Minnesota, too.
Duggan is TCU's 8th commitment in the 2019 class. The Horned Frogs' class is the No. 15 class in the country right now.
