Michigan’s Most-Likely Bowl Game Heading Into The Final Weekend

The Michigan Wolverines ended the season 10-2. Let’s take a look at which bowl game the team is currently slotted for by most analysts.

Michigan, despite its loss to Ohio State, is still one of the best teams in the country. However, with the double-overtime loss to the Buckeyes, Michigan lost out on a chance to win the Big Ten. The road to the College Football Playoff also became very murky for the Wolverines, who need a miracle to make it into the playoff. Michigan will finish fourth in the Big Ten, behind Wisconsin, Penn State, and Ohio State.

As long as a miracle does not occur, the Wolverines will be playing in the Capital One Orange Bowl.

According to CBS Sports’ Jerry Palm, the best projection right now is that Michigan would take on Florida State.

Michigan would likely be favored in such a matchup.

The Capital One Orange Bowl is set to take place on December 30. The game will be played in Miami, FL.
