Mississippi State vs. Alabama preview:
Woah. The upset of the week (season?) belongs to Mississippi State. The Bulldogs toppled Texas A&M 35-28, and the score at halftime was 28-14. Quite the stunner. But, all good things have to come to an end, and that ending will come this Saturday when the Bulldogs take on Alabama.
It wasn't pretty, but Alabama got the win over LSU last Saturday, 10-0. How's the old saying go? "Good teams find a way to win." Yeah, Alabama seems to do that a lot. They can slug it out in a field position battle, but they can also put up points in a hurry. I'm not sure this team has any weaknesses, and if they do, I'm sure Nick Saban has found a way to make them negligible.
Alabama has won the last eight match-ups between the two teams.
Mississippi State vs. Alabama prediction:
There's just no way Mississippi State can win this game. You can do everything right against Alabama and still lose by 45. This Alabama team is simply too talented on both sides of the ball and if they don't win the national championship I'll be shocked. I'd argue this is Saban's most talented all-around team. What more is there to say?
