Kentucky's running back was ejected from today's game in controversial fashion.
Kentucky running back Benny Snell was ejected from today's Music City Bowl against Northwestern for an incident with an official.
Snell appeared to refuse help getting up from the official and might have slightly made contact.
So, he was tossed. It was an extremely controversial (and probably unwarranted) decision.
A Music City Bowl referee has explained what happened.
Snell spoke to reporters after the game - a 24-23 win by Northwestern - and didn't say much.
Kentucky's star running back just repeatedly said that he loves playing football and has a great passion for it.
