Jamire Calvin, a four-star WR in the 2017 class, decommitted from Oregon State late Tuesday night.
Oregon State gained a surprising commitment from one of the top wide receiver recruits in the 2017 class last week. Well, apparently, it was too good to be true for the Beavers, as Jamire Calvin decommitted from Oregon State tonight.
Calvin, a 5-foot-9, 150-pound prospect out of Cathedral in Los Angeles, is ranked the No. 36 WR and No. 254 player in the 2017 class by 247Sports’ Composite Rankings.
Where is Calvin projected to land?
On 247Sports’ Crystal Ball, many recruiting experts had Nebraska pegged as the favorite to land Calvin.
Nebraska recently landed a commitment from Tyjon Lindsey, a wide receiver who decommitted from Ohio State. Mike Riley and company are putting in work ahead of National Signing Day.
Could they snag another 4-star product?
