Ohio State quarterback transfer Joe Burrow isn't expected to be on the transfer market for much longer. A decision is reportedly coming soon for the former four-star recruit.
Burrow has already taken visits to Cincinnati and LSU. According to a new report, the former Buckeyes' QB has one more visit scheduled. Then, a decision could be made.
Rivals.com's Sean Callahan reports that Burrow will be visiting North Carolina. A decision on his final destination could be made by the end of the week.
"Ohio State grad transfer QB Joe Burrow has visited both Cincinnati and LSU this past week. Look for his third and final visit this week to be to North Carolina. I expect an announcement by possibly the end of this week from Burrow," Callahan reports.
A couple of other schools - Florida, Nebraska, Texas Tech, UCLA - have been mentioned for Burrow, but it's unclear if there is interest on either side.
Burrow, Ohio State's 2016 backup, is a graduate transfer, meaning he'll be eligible to play right away in 2018. He left OSU when it was clear that Urban Meyer was not going to name him the team's starting QB.
The former Buckeyes' quarterback could be one of the country's best behind center if given the right opportunity.
