The USC Trojans are in the midst of a down season, and as a result, many fans are calling for a change in leadership. Clay Helton still has his job, but there are rumors that the school could be looking to move on after this season.

Penn State head coach James Franklin is getting a lot of attention - especially after his press conference this week - but Jason La Canfora of CBS Sports is hearing two other names for the job.

La Canfora says he's hearing Jack Del Rio and Jeff Fisher. Both played at USC and were drafted into the NFL.

USC often prefers to keep its head coaching search in the family. So both make sense.

Helton's first two years produced at least 10 wins each, but this year, the Trojans are fighting to just become bowl eligible. The Trojans will need to beat Notre Dame in their regular season finale to finish 6-6.

USC's loss to rival UCLA this past Saturday seemed to be a turning point for fans regarding Helton's employment. The Bruins had won just two games prior to that contest.

USC will finish up its season on Saturday against Notre Dame at 8:00 PM ET.
