NFL Announces That A Record 30 Players Will Attend Draft In New York City
The 2014 NFL Draft is as late as it has ever been and there will be a record number of hopeful draftees in attendance in New York City. The draft, which starts on Thursday, May 8, will be attended by a record 30 players, the NFL announced Tuesday.

Among those that will be in New York May 8 are:
- Four quarterbacks (Johnny Manziel, Blake Bortles, Teddy Bridgewater, Jimmy Garoppolo)
- Seven wide receivers
- One tight end
- Five defensive backs
- Five offensive linemen
- Four defensive linemen
- Six defensive backs
- Three linebackers
- Zero running backs
