On Thursday night, the Arizona Cardinals selected former Oklahoma star quarterback Kyler Murray with the No. 1 overall pick in the 2019 NFL draft.
The reigning Heisman Trophy-winner is a perfect fit for new head coach Kliff Kingsbury’s offense, but there remains one major question after the move. What happens to Josh Rosen?
The Cardinals traded up in the 2018 draft to select the former UCLA star. However, after just one season as the team’s starting quarterback, it looks like Rosen’s time in Arizona has come to an end.
Where will he go?
Well, according to NFL Network insider Ian Rapoport, the Miami Dolphins are in the mix as a potential trade partner with the Cardinals.
Rapoport suggested the Dolphins are the “team to watch” heading into Day 2 of the draft.
One to team to watch as the #AZCardinals look to deal QB Josh Rosen: The #Dolphins. Nothing imminent, but they’ve been talking, sources tell me and @TomPelissero. Miami has been doing work on Rosen for weeks when it became clear he’d be available, but AZ won’t give him away.

Miami brought in former New York Jets and Tampa Bay Buccaneers quarterback Ryan Fitzpatrick for the 2019 NFL season.
As the Dolphins look for their quarterback of the future, new head coach Brian Flores might not want to wait until the 2020 NFL draft. Instead, Miami could make a play for the No. 10 overall pick from the 2018 draft.
Will the Dolphins make a play for Rosen? We’ll have to wait to find out.
Day 2 of the NFL draft continues tonight at 7:00 p.m. ET.
