Jim Harbaugh was an NFL head coach for four years. Will he be one again?
Jim Harbaugh isn't going to leave Michigan any time soon. He's the sport's highest-paid coach at $9 million/season and clearly loves it in Ann Arbor, Mich.
That reportedly won't stop NFL teams from pursuing him this offseason, though.
Bleacher Report's Mike Freeman says that teams are prepared to make "mega-offers" to Harbaugh in an attempt to lure him away from the Wolverines.
From Bleacher Report:
I keep hearing several teams are going to make the Michigan coach mega-offers. He won't take them. Harbaugh isn't going anywhere anytime soon. I don't care if he's offered a trillion dollars, a starship and a Cuban cigar. Harbaugh. Is. Not. Leaving.
That won't stop teams from trying.
Harbaugh going back to the NFL isn't that inconceivable. He's a competitive freak and probably wants to win a Super Bowl at some point.
Any time soon, though, and the answer is no.
