Alabama head coach Nick Saban issued a promising injury update for wide receiver Henry Ruggs following the Crimson Tide's blowout win over Ole Miss.

Ruggs suffered an apparent leg injury in the first half of today's game against the Rebels.

The star wide receiver appeared to have trouble putting weight on his leg and received attention from the medical staff on the bench.

Thankfully, Ruggs' injury isn't believed to be serious.

Saban announced that Ruggs has a hip pointer and should be sore for a couple of days, but he isn't expected to miss any time.

Alabama topped Ole Miss, 59-31, to improve to 5-0 on the season.

Ruggs had one catch for 11 yards in the win. He has 350 yards and four touchdowns on the season.
