Watch: UNC Kicker Reads Mean Tweets After Game-Winning Kick

North Carolina's kicker read mean tweets a la Jimmy Kimmel Live after his game-winning kick against Florida State.

Nick Weiler made a 54-yard field goal as time expired to give North Carolina a 37-35 win over No. 12 Florida State. Weiler then celebrated his game-winning kick by running down the field taunting Florida State fans with their signature tomahawk chop. Cue the mean tweets.

The celebration made him a North Carolina legend, but an enemy of the state of Florida. Seminole fans did what any rational fanbase would do, they roasted Weiler on Twitter.

North Carolina decided to go the route of Jimmy Kimmel and have Weiler read the

">mean tweets in a video. Florida State fans did not hold back.

The win vaulted North Carolina back into the rankings (No. 17), and sent Florida State stumbling 11 spots to No. 23. The Tar Heels face two more ranked ACC opponents in their next two games, No. 25 Virginia Tech and No. 10 Miami. Meanwhile Florida State takes on the No. 10 Hurricanes this weekend.
