Christopher Hinton is the top defensive end in the class of 2019. He has six schools on top right now.
Hinton is the No. 7 overall recruit in the class of 2019, per 247Sports.
The site also has him ranked No. 2 in Georgia.
The Norcross native named his four favorite schools back in February: Clemson, Georgia, Michigan and North Carolina.
All four of those schools are still in the mix, with Ohio State and Stanford jumping in.
His full note, posted with the top six:
"First off I would like to thank God for everything has done. being able to go through this process is a blessing. I would like to thank everyone who has had a hand in my development as a young man and a player. Thank you for all the schools who invested their time in me. Last I would like to thank my parents for everything they do. With that being said these are my top 6 schools I will be focusing on."
For whatever it's worth, Michigan is the early favorite over on the 247Sports crystal ball, where five of the six voters have selected the Wolverines as his destination. Georgia is the other team with a vote.
Hinton also holds offers from Auburn, Duke, Florida, LSU, Miami, Michigan State, Notre Dame, Ole Miss, South Carolina, Tennessee, USC, Virginia Tech, and others.
