Oregon and Michigan State have met six times in the past. The two schools announced today they have scheduled a future home-and-home.

The Ducks and Spartans will play each other in 2029 and 2030. Michigan State will host the 2029 matchup, with Oregon returning the favor in 2030.

These two programs have played three home-and-home series before. They met in 1979, 1980, 1998, 1999, 2014 and 2015.

The all-time series sits at 3-3, with the home team winning all six times.

Michigan State will face another Pac-12 opponent, Arizona State, this fall and in 2019. Oregon has a future series against Ohio State set up for 2020 and 2021.

You can see the Ducks' future non-conference opponents here, and Michigan State's are available here.

It is impossible to say for sure what these two teams will look like more than a decade from now. However, on paper this looks like a potentially fun series.
