North Carolina football is hosting No. 1 Clemson in Chapel Hill this afternoon and things are starting to get pretty, pretty interesting.

The Tar Heels are leading the Tigers, 14-7, midway through the second quarter.

UNC fans are pumped, though they're not happy with the officiating.

North Carolina fans feel like the refs are letting too much go when it comes to the hits on quarterback Sam Howell.

"Head referee Riley Johnson getting an earful from Mack Brown during the TV timeout after Sam Howell got pushed around in the backfield after the whistle blew the previous play dead," Inside Carolina tweeted.

UNC fans aren't happy, either.

Howell and Co. responded well to the late hit, at least. The Tar Heels found the end zone a couple of plays later.

The game is on ABC.
