A quarterback from one of college football's most-successful programs has announced that he's decided to transfer.
Holden Hotchkiss, a third-year quarterback at North Dakota State, has decided to transfer out of the program ahead of 2019.
The potential starting quarterback wants to be closer to home.
Hotchkiss is a Florida native and a couple of schools from his home state could be an option.
"I started thinking about it during spring ball," Hotchkiss told the Bison Report. "I'm not going to bad mouth anyone about it, but to me, it just wasn't really working out."
Hotchkiss was ranked the No. 86 quarterback in the country coming out of high school.
USF could be the favorite to land him, according to reports.
