A North Texas running back lost his lunch all on the field.
One North Texas running back left it all on the field in the first half. Literally.
Late in the first half, with the Mean Green trailing Army, 24-14, the running back, Jeffrey Wilson, projectile vomited on the field. The North Texas quarterback was so surprised that he missed the snap, and had to chase it down.
The running back actually vomited on two consecutive plays, but remained in the game. North Texas went on to score a touchdown on the drive, cutting Army's lead to just three points before the half.
Army leads the Heart of Dallas Bowl by a score of 24-21 early in the second half.
