Ohio State and Michigan have some epic battles on the football field, but that's not the only place Urban Meyer and Jim Harbaugh compete. They do a lot of jousting on the recruiting trail, too.

Meyer and Harbaugh are two of the best recruiters in the sport. OSU and Michigan have consistently had top 5-10 classes under their respective head coaches.

The Wolverines were winning the battle so far this year. There's still a long way to go in the 2019 cycle, but Michigan had the No. 1 class in the Big Ten - until this weekend.

Ohio State has overtaken Michigan for the No. 1 spot with its latest commitment, a pledge from four-star lineman Harry Miller.

OSU now has the No. 6 class in the country per 247Sports' team rankings.

The Buckeyes trail Alabama, Texas A&M, Oklahoma, South Carolina and Clemson.

Michigan sits at No. 14.

These rankings will likely look a lot different come signing day in 2019.
