Ohio State, Indiana Will Open 2017 Season On A Thursday Night

The Buckeyes and Hoosiers will open the 2017 college football season on a Thursday night.

Indiana and Ohio State announced today that their 2017 game has been moved up a couple of days.

The Buckeyes and the Hoosiers will play on Thursday, Aug. 31 at Memorial Stadium in Bloomington, Ind.

A Thursday night game - a Thursday night road game - is a pretty big rarity for Ohio State's football program. The Buckeyes should open the 2017 season ranked in the top five.
