Ohio State's football program is ranked No. 3 in the latest top 25 poll. The Buckeyes should be No. 1 when the new rankings come out on Sunday.

Ryan Day's team crushed - and "crushed" is being nice - the No. 13 Wisconsin Badgers at Ohio Stadium this afternoon.

The Buckeyes led the Badgers by 10 points at halftime and went on to win, 38-7, in arguably the most-dominant performance of the college football season.

"Maybe the best team in America," FOX's Gus Johnson said postgame. You probably don't need the "maybe" anymore. So far this season, no one has looked better than Ohio State.

Ohio State improved to 8-0 with today's dominant win over Wisconsin. At this point, it would be surprising if the Buckeyes didn't roll the rest of the way and finish 13-0 with a spot in the College Football Playoff.

There are some tough games left, of course, like bouts against Penn State and Michigan, but it's just tough to envision this Buckeyes team struggling to finish undefeated.

The College Football Playoff should await Ryan Day in his first full season as the program's head coach.
