Ole Miss-LSU Game Time And Channel Announced

The Ole Miss-LSU game will be played under the lights this year in Death Valley.

The Ole Miss-LSU game, also known as the Magnolia Bowl, will kick off at 9:00 p.m. ET in Baton Rouge and will be broadcast by ESPN on Oct. 22.

The Rebels have won two of the last three meetings against the Tigers including last year's matchup, 38-17, at home. However, since the year 2000, LSU has won 11 of the 16 meetings with Ole Miss.

LSU is coming off of an unplanned bye week as its game against Florida this past Saturday was cancelled due to Hurricane Matthew. The Tigers host Southern Miss this weekend. Ole Miss is coming off of a schedule bye and pays a visit to Arkansas on Saturday.

The annual Magnolia Bowl will have a major impact on the SEC West standings as LSU will enter the contest 2-1 in conference play while Ole Miss could be holding that same record if it tops the Razorbacks on Saturday.
