One of the best quarterbacks in college football made his NFL draft decision. Oregon star Justin Herbert shocked the college football world when he announced his plans to return for his senior season.

Herbert entered the 2018 season as a potential No. 1 overall pick in the upcoming NFL Draft. The Ducks struggled over the final half of the season, and it looks like Herbert isn't ready to go out on a bad note.

Herbert announced he's coming back for the 2019 season.

"The University of Oregon has been a special place to me for as long as I can remember. Words will never be able to express my feeling of gratitude toward the people that have built and maintain our program...My commitment to my teammates, our coaches, Duck fans, and the University of Oregon has never been stronger. I'll be returning to the University of Oregon for my senior year. Go Ducks!" Herbert said in the announcement.

It's a huge decision from Herbert and one that will change the NFL Draft. Herbert was expected to be one of the first quarterbacks taken.

We'll now wait to hear from Ohio State's Dwayne Haskins.
