The doldrums of the college football offseason have officially arrived. There's not much to talk about. So, let's discuss something everyone likes to debate - new helmet designs.

The 21st century has brought a lot of awesome things into college football. The College Football Playoff. New programs starting to play at an elite level. More bowl games.

The best thing, though? The invention of a bunch of cool new uniforms and helmets.

Alternate uniforms and helmets are in now. Deal with it.

So, we've gone through Twitter and Instagram and found some of the coolest concept helmets for the sport's major programs. We're interested to get your feedback.

Without further ado, here they are. Some of the best concept helmets we've seen.
