Predicting The Polls After Week 12 Of The 2018 College Football Season

With next week being college football's rivalry week, it seems a number of team's with big-time contests on the horizon might have gotten caught looking ahead. It was an interesting week.

One contender - West Virginia - wound up losing and knocking itself from College Football Playoff contention. Two others - Ohio State and Michigan - survived despite upset bids.

Alabama was somehow even tied with The Citadel at halftime before pulling away in the third quarter.

All in all, it looks like there are eight teams in the hunt for the College Football Playoff - Alabama, Clemson, Notre Dame, Michigan, Georgia, Oklahoma, Washington State and Ohio State.
