Week six of the 2019 college football season didn’t feature too many upsets, though there were still some interesting results. There likely won’t be too much of a shakeup in the polls, however.
The Michigan vs. Iowa game was as ugly as it gets, and neither team really looked like a Big Ten title contender. Auburn vs. Florida was a defensive affair as well, but the Gators made a few more plays to secure the home win.
Ohio State, meanwhile, took care of business against Michigan State despite a few hiccups from quarterback Justin Fields. The Buckeyes could be cruising towards a College Football Playoff berth.
A number of top teams, including Alabama and Clemson, had byes this week. Here’s what we think the AP Poll will look like on Sunday afternoon:
- Ohio State
- Notre Dame
- Penn State
- Washington (plays Stanford tonight)
- Boise State (plays UNLV tonight)
- Arizona State
- Wake Forest
- Texas A&M
