Purdue vs. Nebraska preview:

Purdue enters this game with a new head coach. Darrell Hazell was relieved of his duties as the team's head coach after a 49-35 loss to Iowa. The Boilermakers gave up 365 yards on the ground to the Hawkeyes, and the lone semi-bright spot came from quarterback David Blough. He threw for 458 yards and five touchdowns, although most of that came in garbage time when the game was already out of hand.

Nebraska remains undefeated on the season after a close call against Indiana. The Cornhuskers escaped with a 27-22 win that looked like they had it all wrapped up early before the Hoosiers made a valiant comeback. Nebraska finds itself as the third highest ranked team from the Big Ten in the AP Poll, behind conference powers Ohio State and Michigan.

Purdue and Nebraska have played four times in history, splitting the series 2-2.

Purdue vs. Nebraska prediction:

Nebraska still does not have a marquee win on the season, and it won't get one here against Purdue, as it is not a quality opponent. This Boilermakers team is in shambles and after firing their head coach, Purdue is in trouble.

Nebraska will keep the train rolling and will remain undefeated until its matchup against No. 10 Wisconsin next week.
