Ray Lewis' son, Rashaan Lewis, will be playing for a new college football program during the 2019 season.

The son of the Pro Football Hall of Famer spent the 2018 season at UCF, though he'll be playing for a different state of Florida program in 2019.

Rashaan Lewis is transferring to FAU.

“Change is a scary thing in life and you never know if it’s going to be better or worse,” Lewis wrote on Twitter, “but you gotta trust in God which is exactly what I’m doing after many prayers and talking with family.”

Rashaan Lewis will be immediately eligible at FAU in 2019.

The defensive back was a walk-on for UCF, playing in seven games as a true freshman.

Ray Lewis is excited about the move.

"Son, my heart is smiling. Next chapter papa with you every step of the way," he wrote.
