The Huskers could reportedly have their next head coach.

Florida reportedly pursued Scott Frost after getting turned down by Chip Kelly.

According to multiple reports, the UCF head coach turned down the Gators, too.

Frost has been linked heavily to his alma mater, Nebraska. Reports from ESPN's Chris Fowler and Bleacher Report's Lars Anderson said the deal with the Huskers is "done." A report from a Florida newscaster says Frost told the Gators he's taking the Nebraska job.

Frost has led UCF to an undefeated season and a conference championship game berth. Anything official regarding his status likely won't come out until after that game on Saturday.
