Nebraska head coach Scott Frost is preaching patience following Saturday night's blowout loss to Ohio State at Memorial Stadium in Lincoln.

The Huskers were crushed by the Buckeyes, 48-7, in primetime on ABC. ESPN's College GameDay was on hand for the blowout loss, too.

It was a tough evening for Nebraska's program, though Frost isn't overreacting. The Huskers' second-year head coach knows this will turn.

"The kids know where this is going, the coaches know where this is going,” Frost said after the loss. “We’re just not there right now.

“We can’t doubt for a second what we’re doing…You can’t run from where you, you cant run from who you are.”

Frost knew when he took the Nebraska job that this rebuild was going to take several years. It's fair for Huskers fans to be disappointed with Saturday night's result, but this is going to take time.

Nebraska will look to get back in the win column on Saturday against Northwestern.
