Cooper has his home state Mizzou Tigers in his newly minted Top 10. The team is one of five from the SEC.

Florida, Georgia, Kentucky, and Texas A&M also make the list. The rest of it is rounded out by Clemson, Illinois, Ohio State, Oklahoma, and Texas.

Shammond Cooper announced his top 10 via Twitter:

Despite the top 10, Cooper says that he will consider other schools as well. His full note:

"First I just wanna thank god for blessing me to live 17 years in a city where most don't make it out, second I wanna thank all the schools that have recruited me, I'm still very much open to every college but these are the 10 I'm focusing on as of right now..."

Cooper says that the schools are not in any particular order. However, the school named first in the note and the tweet is the one that at least a few think is the favorite.

Four recruiting experts have offered up predictions over at 247's crystal ball. All have Cooper ending up with the Oklahoma Sooners.
