Ohio State will enjoy a Michigan loss even when it kind of hurts the Buckeyes.
Michigan fell to Iowa on Saturday, clouding up the Big Ten East Division race in a pretty significant way.
The Wolverines still control their own destiny - win out and they win the division - but if they lose at Ohio State, and Penn State wins its remaining two games, it'll be the two-loss Nittany Lions representing their side of the conference in the league's title game.
So, it's quite possible that an 11-1 Ohio State team will be sitting at home come conference championship Saturday, and, maybe, on the outside looking in come College Football Playoff time.
That doesn't mean some former (and, probably, current) Buckeyes didn't enjoy watching That Team Up North lose on Saturday.
Ohio State and Michigan are set to play in Columbus on Nov. 26. We can't wait.
