The Texas A&M Aggies finished 8-4. Let’s take a look at which bowl game the team is currently slotted for by most analysts.
The Aggies rattled off six straight wins to start off the season. Then they had to play Alabama and it all went down hill from there. Texas A&M lost four of its final six games to fall from College Football Playoff contention to middling SEC team. With an injury to quarterback Trevor Knight, the Aggies struggled down the stretch.
As it looks right now, the Aggies will be playing in the Advocare Texas Bowl.
According to CBS Sports’ Jerry Palm, the best projection right now is that Texas A&M would take on Kansas State.
The Aggies would likely be favored in such a matchup, should Trevor Knight be available as the starting quarterback.
The Advocare Texas Bowl is set to take place on December 28. The game will be played in Houston, TX.
