Texas DT Jordan Elliott Announces Transfer From Program

Jordan Elliott is transferring from Texas.

Players transfer from their respective programs all the time. Today, however, a defensive lineman from Texas chose an interesting venue to display his transfer announcement -- Snapchat.

Elliott posted a photo of a text conversation on his Snapchat account with the line "Since y'all think I'm playin."

Elliott had been committed to Michigan before committing to Texas just a few days later. The 6-foot-4, 320 pound defensive tackle is a 4-star recruit. According to 247Sports' Composite Rankings, Elliott was the No. 14 defensive tackle recruit in the country during the 2016 recruiting cycle.
