This past Saturday night, in the blistering heat, LSU took down Texas on the road to notch an absolutely massive non-conference win. After the game, Tigers head coach Ed Orgeron implied that his team was not provided air conditioning in the visiting team’s locker room.
Wednesday, Orgeron was again asked about the air conditioning issue. He was also asked if his program plans on returning the favor when Texas heads to Baton Rouge a year from now.
Orgeron gave an eye-opening response, suggesting that they’ll have “a plan or two” to make LSU feel comfortable on the road.
The two schools are scheduled to meet at LSU on September 12, 2020.
Asked about possibly not providing A/C to Texas when they visit LSU, Orgeron laughs and says, "I’m sure we have a plan or two to make them as comfortable as they can possibly be."

To be fair, most visiting team locker rooms in college football are bare bones. But LSU fans have been rather upset that their players were supposedly given no air conditioning when the temperature at kickoff was nearly 100 degrees.
It remains to be seen whether LSU will actually attempt to even the score when the Longhorns show up.
As for the game itself, LSU outlasted Texas 45-38 in an offensive affair. Tigers quarterback Joe Burrow put together the best performance of his career in the victory.
