The spring and early summer is prime time for recruiting in college football. Recruits are making visits, narrowing down their lists, and in some cases, offering up verbal commitments.

There is still more than eight months until National Signing Day, and a lot can change in that time. The team recruiting rankings that fans obsess over will fluctuate non-stop between now and February.
