Joe Burrow is the most-coveted transfer on the college football market right now. The former Ohio State quarterback announced earlier this month his intentions to leave the program. He’s a graduate transfer with two seasons of eligibility left.
What schools are Burrow considering? What’s his most-likely destination? What kind of timeline is he working with?

Latest on Joe Burrow’s transfer from Ohio State
Burrow has already taken visits to Cincinnati and LSU. Those visits reportedly went well. It’s possible he could visit the Bearcats against before making a decision.
According to a new report, the former Buckeyes’ QB has one more visit on the docket. Then, a decision could be made.
Rivals.com’s Sean Callahan reports that Burrow could be visiting North Carolina, however it’s now unclear if that’ll actually happen. A decision on his final destination could then be made by the end of the week.
“Ohio State grad transfer QB Joe Burrow has visited both Cincinnati and LSU this past week. Look for his third and final visit this week to be to North Carolina. I expect an announcement by possibly the end of this week from Burrow,” Callahan reports.

A couple of other schools – Florida, Nebraska, Texas Tech, UCLA – have been mentioned for Burrow, but it’s unclear if there is interest on either side.
Burrow was Ohio State’s 2016 backup. He decided OSU when it was clear that Urban Meyer was not going to name him the team’s starting QB.
The former Buckeyes’ quarterback could be one of the country’s best behind center if given the right opportunity.
