The 2018 college football season is officially underway, as we had a couple of "Week 0" games taking place on Saturday.
None of these contests were particularly huge games, but there were a few notable ones. Of course, we had one big upset already.
Hawaii entered Saturday night's game against Colorado State as a massive underdog. The Rainbow Warriors were expected to lose by 17-plus points according to the oddsmakers.
That didn't happen.
Hawaii pulled off the first big upset of the year, beating CSU, 43-34.
Hawaii improves to 1-0 on the season with the win, while Colorado State, which came into the season with one of its best teams in years, falls to 0-1.
College football's full Week 1 slate is taking place in the upcoming week. Surely, there will be another upset or two. We can't wait.
