There's a growing report making the rounds in the college football world today regarding one of the sport's top quarterbacks. It's not a good one.
Josh Jackson, Virginia Tech's starting quarterback, has reportedly/rumoredly been suspended indefinitely.
The news was first reported by a college football writer named Mike McDaniel, who says Jackson has been suspended for an academic issue.
The sophomore quarterback threw for 2,743 yards and 19 touchdowns last season.
McDaniel is apparently not the only one who has heard this.
Virginia Tech has yet to release an official comment on the subject. Stay tuned.
