Dallas Gant is set to make his commitment.
Five schools are in the running for one of the top linebacker recruits in the country. Dallas Gant, a 4-star outside linebacker from Toledo, OH, is set to announce his decision later today in his high school theater at 3:30 p.m. E.T.
Gant listed Michigan, Michigan State, Notre Dame, Ohio State, and Penn State as the schools still in contention to land the top prospect.
We’re just a few hours away from Gant’s decision on where he will play his college football.
My commitment announcement this Tuesday will be at 3:30 in the McCade Theatre at my school, St. John's. Everyone is welcome to attend!

According to 247Sports’ Composite Rankings, Gant is the No. 5 linebacker recruit in the 2018 recruiting class and the No. 4 recruit from the state of Ohio. But he’s not just one of the top linebacker recruits, or recruits from Ohio. He’s also rated as the No. 126 overall recruit in the country.
Ohio State is a heavy favorite to land the top LB recruit. At 6-foot-3, 225 pounds, Gant already has the size to compete at the collegiate level. Gant received over 20 collegiate offers, and after much deliberating, seems to be on the final stretch towards deciding where he will play his college ball.
